Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers to things people often ask before enrolling.

Who are these courses designed for?
The courses are structured for adults over 40 who are curious about gold and commodity markets but have not yet studied them formally. No prior investment education is assumed. The tone is measured and informative rather than fast-paced.
Do I need to take all three courses?
Each course can be taken independently. However, they are designed to follow a natural progression. If you are new to the subject, starting with the first course will make the later ones more useful and easier to follow.
Are the sessions conducted online or in person?
Live sessions and advisory calls are conducted via video conference, which allows participants from across Thailand to join. Some in-person sessions are arranged for Bangkok-based groups when scheduling allows — please enquire for current availability.
How long does each course take to complete?
The first course spans approximately three weeks with two live sessions. The second covers four to five weeks. The third, which is the most comprehensive, typically runs over six to eight weeks including the review calls and self-paced library use.
Does completing a course mean I should start investing?
The courses are educational in nature. They are intended to help you understand markets, not to direct your financial decisions. Any allocation choices remain yours to make based on your personal situation, which we encourage you to discuss with a qualified financial adviser.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer to Thai bank accounts and PromptPay. Payment details are provided after your enrolment is confirmed. Installment options are available for the second and third courses — please ask when you enquire.
Is my personal and financial information kept private?
Yes. Any information you share during advisory calls or enrolment is held in confidence and not shared with third parties. Our privacy practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy.
